Masterpack

This machine is designed for plants that use “American” type cardboard boxes for packaging assembled furniture units.

This fully automatic system folds, closes and tapes the top and bottom sections of the box.

Photocells and height positioning devices automatically read the dimensions of the box, making it possible to process boxes of different width, length and height without having to change the settings.

All motors are controlled by an inverter in order to optimise the production cycle speed. Recirculating ball screw slide guides are used while the top quality belts are fitted with internal guides.
